Thank you so much for your
meaningful tribute in honor of my recovery. All is going well and I hope to
be up and out very soon. I truly appreciate your thoughtfulness. Thanks,

Thank you very
much for the tribute in honor of the birth of our grandson, Noah Benjamin
Weinberg-Kutnick. Carla, Jay and big sister Hannah are thrilled with the
new addition to the family. Thanks again for your thoughtfulness during this
special time in our lives.
Bettina & Mel Weinberg
I wish to express my deep and abiding gratitude to Rabbi
Gordon, to the Minyan and to the
entire Shul for not only opening your hearts,
but literally for opening your doors to me, my family and to all who came to my
brother Sheldon’s levayah. Rabbi Gordon’s hespid was
delivered most beautifully and from the heart. I admire very much the dedication
of the Minyan men and the high level of learning Rabbi Gordon has brought to
Traditional Congregation and to St. Louis.
Sheldon would have been thrilled at the thought of a Minyan in his house,
let alone the Torah being read! Please express my profound thanks once again to
the congregation. Yours in friendship,
Mark T. Orenstein
Chicago, Illinois
Editor’s note: Mr. & Mrs.
Orenstein made a substantial donation to Traditional in memory of Sheldon and in
honor of Rabbi Gordon and the minyan.
Thank you for honoring my father’s memory with a donation.
Cindy Fredlich Hillman
Many thanks to my
wonderful shul community for the donation in honor of my receiving the JPro
award. I am grateful for your good wishes and support, and appreciate being
part of a congregation that shares my commitment to building the Jewish people.
Please accept this donation as a token of my appreciation.

Did you know?
The recent Israel Bonds Dinner in December set a
record for attendance, with 126 people, who not only honored Frank and Ilse
Altman, but raised over $503,000 in sales of Israel Bonds. Todah rabbah!!
Dierberg’s Scrip is available for purchase in the office.
We also have Schnuck’s courtesy e-cards. No extra cost to you, just shop as
usual and our shul receives a percentage of what you spend. A foolproof
way to raise money for Traditional! Please note that we can no longer
accept credit cards or cash in payment. Checks are welcome!
P.S. The Jewish Food Pantry needs Dierberg’s cards for its
clients. If you would like to donate cards to the Food Pantry, you can
purchase them through Traditional, give them to the Food Pantry, and take a
charitable deduction.
It’s a WIN-WIN-WIN!
