L’shanah tovah. Please note that Ambleside is no longer available to us for parking for the High Holydays. This is now private property. If you want to park next to the shul, you may use the Elks Club west of our parking lot—we appreciate your cooperation. Thank you to everyone who has helped make our shul more beautiful. Special thanks to Jerry Chervitz for negotiating for us to purchase (at a very reasonable price) a new commercial refrigerator for our meat kitchen as our old one was on its last legs. The Garden of Eden Well, it has been two years and the garden is in full bloom, this year. Since we had a lot of rain early in the summer, it helped to bring most all of the bushes into bloom. Since the Bernard Hupert Memorial Garden belongs to the shul, everyone is welcome to assist in the watering and weeding. Some of the weeds are healthier than the plants. The garden has "burning bushes" which turn red in the fall, and now I have added a fig tree; when it gets bigger, it will bear fruit for all to pick. The deer are beautiful and live in the back woods, and have feasted on the garden. Some of the flowers have been replaced because of the deer. I would like to thank
Esther & Lipman Cohen for the plants, and we even
had a "bloomin’ cactus" this year. It was beautiful and amazing!!! L'Shana Tova to everyone------- Tobie Hupert
