REMINDER TO ANYONE CHAIRING OR HOLDING AN EVENT AT TRADITIONAL:

Please be sure to talk to Reggie and give him facility set-up directions at least two weeks prior to the event so that he knows how you want the rooms set up and when he needs to be here for set-up and clean-up.

You should also complete the Publicity Request Form and return it to Stan Greenberg to ensure that you get the news out to the community.

If the kitchens are to be used by an outside caterer, the published guidelines for outside caterers must be followed
