REMINDER TO ANYONE CHAIRING OR HOLDING AN EVENT AT TRADITIONAL:

Please be sure to talk to Micky and give him facility set-up directions at least two weeks prior to the event so that he knows how you want the rooms set up and when he needs to be here for set-up and clean-up. 

If the kitchens are to be used by an outside caterer, the published guidelines for outside caterers must be followed
